Creating An ACH Template

If you make recurring payments to vendors or payees, we recommend creating a payment template. This not only minimizes the risk of entering the wrong account information but allows you to set custom limits and transmit ACH files in batches.

Select ‘ACH' under ‘Money Movement’.

Under ‘Make Payment' select ‘Create a Template’.

Enter the template information required and click 'Continue'.

Enter the account information to be saved under the template which will receive the recorded amount when a payment request is transmitted. You can add additional detail rows if needed or import details using the 'Import Details' link. Once complete, click 'Save Template'.

If you receive a Notice of Change, please review your ACH templates to apply the necessary changes. If any ACH templates display an exclamation ( ! ) icon, click on the template and follow the instructions to automatically update the effected templates.
