Meet The Team

GABRIEL GASIOR, Vice President Senior Portfolio Manager at ConnectOne Bank is responsible for maintaining the financial reporting and regulatory compliance for the Bank’s Independent School Banking Team working alongside Mark Cardone and Brendan Boswell. In his time at ConnectOne, Gabriel has held a number of roles among the various C&I teams which include Analyst, Lender and Portfolio Manager. Gabriel has more than 20 years of banking experience, more than half of those years with ConnectOne Bank.

MARK CARDONE, First Senior Vice President at ConnectOne Bank is the Director of the Bank’s Independent School Banking Division. In 2008 Mark created an Independent School Banking Division within the Bank that focuses solely on the banking needs of Independent Schools. Mark has spent his entire professional career of more than 35 years as a New Jersey banker, with over 20 years at ConnectOne Bank/Union Center National Bank.

BRENDAN BOSWELL, Vice President at ConnectOne Bank, Brendan serves as a Loan Officer within the Bank’s unique Independent School Banking Division. Brendan has held team lead and management positions while serving on several committees where he has strategically collaborated with other members of the organization to drive growth. He earned his degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Thomas Aquinas College.

Making An Impact
