Once you have logged in, the most direct route to accessing your Positive Pay exceptions would be to click ’! Exceptions’ located in the light gray box located below the navy menu navigation.

Decisioning Check Exceptions

Review the 'Check Exceptions Awaiting Decision'. Make sure to look at all of the information, (remember to look at both sides of the checks!), so you can decide whether to Pay or Return each item.

Click 'Select Decision' to select which decision you'd like to make.

Once you've decision your items, click continue, followed by Approve/Transmit

! If you are a user that does not have full capablity to appove, your decisions will be submitted for someone with Approver rights to transmit.

Decisioning ACH Exceptions

Review the ACH Exceptions Awaiting Approval and/or Decision. Make sure to look at all of the information so you can decide whether to Pay or Return each item.

Click the drop down to select which decision you'd like to make: Pay or Return.

Once everything looks good from this and the above sections, you can click 'continue' to be taken to another Review page. After final review, continue and submit.

Decisioning ACH Exceptions

Review the next page to Verify Decisions you just made. Once you are satisfied with your choices, you may select 'Approve/Transmit' at the bottom of the page. Or hit 'Cancel' to go back and make any necessary changes.

*Do not click 'Approve/Transmit' at the bottom until you are ready with all of your decisions. You will not be able to change the item decision once you hit ‘Approve/Transmit’.
