Add External Accounts
You can easily transfer money to and from the accounts linked within your Online Banking, including external accounts. To do so, you'll need to add and verify any external accounts you may want to easily transfer funds from.
Select Money Movement > Transfer > Add Account.
Add the information for your external account.
Please note, linking external accounts requires additional verification. You will need log into the other financial institution's online banking and verify “micro deposits” from ConnectOne. See next page for more information.
Your external account will be pending veritification until you log in to the external account and verify the micro deposits.
Confirm that all of your details are entered correctly.
Once you see these deposits on your external account, you can log into your ConnectOne Personal Online Banking to verify your external transfer account by entering the dollar amounts deposited.
Navigate back to Move Money > Transfer > Manage Accounts. Click the three dots next to the external account you want to verify, and select Verify. Enter the amounts you saw in your other bank account to complete the verification process.
Microdeposits are small, temporary test deposits used to verify bank account ownership and ensure the accuracy of linked accounts. They are small amounts, (less than $1), and sent in pairs within one to three business days.
