Managing Online Banking Alerts
Users can opt to receive online banking alerts via text message, in addition to an email alert.
To receive text alerts, navigate to the Self Service and toggle between Account Alerts and Service Alerts.
Determine the account from the drop down that you'd like to edit or add alerts for.
Double check your contact information to ensure we have the most up to date and accurate information.
Go through both the Account Alerts and Service Alerts to determine which of the alerts is most beneficial to you.
You can change your alert settings any time in Personal Online Banking.
