Log In to your Direct Link Merchant account.

Under the Create Deposit section, you will need to select the desired Location and Account for the funds to be deposited.

Enter the Control Total, which will be the total sum of the amounts on the checks that will be deposited.

Select Create Deposit.

Helpful Tips

If you have one check, enter the amount of the check. If you have multiple checks going into the same account, this is where you would sum the total of funds being deposited.
If you have any ‘open’ deposits, you'll see it in the list below.

Your Location should pre-fill with your information. If you have one account, the Account drop down will also pre-fill. If you have multiple accounts, you will need to select the desired account for the funds to be deposited in.

2 Scanning Checks

Load your items for cashing into your scanner and select Capture.

Best Practice: Try not to include more than 10 checks at a time, or you run the risk of the scanner jamming , or processing multiple checks at once.

Scanning Checks

Once all of your items have been scanned, select Stop Scan.

Review your items and verify that all of the information is correct. Select Next.

If you scanned multiple checks, be sure to review the full list and images for accuracy.

This screen provides a summary of your deposits. You may still make changes until you hit Submit. If everything looks correct, you can hit Submit.

You will be unable to submit the deposits if the balances do not match. If this error occurs, select Balance and adjust accordingly.

After you hit submit, you have the ability to download a report of the deposit to save for your records. Download, print or save, or view, it's up to you.

If you click the house icon in the top left, it will take you back to the home screen and you can repeat the process for more checks.
