Soft Token: Mobile Application Required

Navigate to your phone's respective app store or scan the QR code to the right.

You will need to download the 'RSA Authenticator (SecurID)' app from the Apple App or Google Play Store, as you will use this app to set up and continue use of your soft token.

During the login process, you will be asked to set up a Software Token. After you've downloaded the app, navigate to your Business Online Banking to log in and start setting up the token.

Select your device (Apple or Android) from the dropdown menu, then click 'Continue'.

If you do not wish to set up the soft token at this time, use the 'Continue signing on' link to bypass.

Launch the RSA Authenticator (SecurID) app that you downloaded earlier. Use the app to scan the QR code displayed in Business Online Banking. (see the next page for respective app next steps.)

Helpful tip: We suggest you activate your token now and do not defer until later.

Once you have scanned the QR Code within the mobile RSA app, return to the webpage and click 'Continue' under the QR Code.

You will be prompted to create a pin. Your pin must be an 8-digit number. In the PIN field, enter a unique 8-character PIN. Re-enter it in the Confirm PIN field.

Once entered, click 'Continue'.

Helpful tip: After you have created the PIN, we recommend memorizing or placing the details in a secure location to avoid forgetting it later. This PIN is a crucial piece to approving wires/ACHs.

After clicking 'Continue', you will be prompted to re-enter your password.

Once successfully back into online banking, you or your administrator can verify Soft Token setup was successful by going to Administration > Manage Users > System Access next to the User. Software token status should read Activated.
