Activation
Navigate to your phone's respective app store or scan the QR code to the right. Download the RSA Authenticator App.
You will need to download the 'RSA Authenticator (SecurID)' app from the Apple App or Google Play Store, as you will use this app to set up and continue use of your soft token.
During the login process, you will be asked to set up a Software Token. After you've downloaded the app, navigate to your Business Online Banking to log in and start setting up the token.
Select your device (Apple or Android) from the dropdown menu, then click 'Continue'.
Helpful tip: We suggest you activate your token now and do not defer until later.
Launch the RSA Authenticator (SecurID) app. Use the app to scan the QR code displayed in Business Online Banking.

• Scan QR Code
• Tap 'OK' below the import successful message.

Congratulations! You can put your phone down as you no longer need it for the following steps.
You will be prompted to create a pin. Your pin must be an 8-digit number. In the PIN field, enter a unique 8-digit PIN. Re-enter it in the Confirm PIN field.
Once entered, click 'Continue'.
Note, do not enter the RSA Authenticator code as your PIN. Your PIN will be a unique string of digits that YOU MAKE UP.
Helpful tip: After you have created the PIN, we recommend memorizing or placing the details in a secure location to avoid forgetting it later. This PIN is a crucial piece to approving wires/ACHs.
