Soft Token:
Add/Remove Entitlement
Click 'Administration', 'Company Administration', and then click on the User ID. Click 'Edit Services & Accounts', then click 'Add' or 'Remove' next to the Soft Token Approval line item, then 'Save Changes' at the bottom of the page.
Please keep in mind that any user who has the 'Administrator' role will be able to manage soft token access to any other user(s).
