Secure Token: Approve ACH/Wires

Open the RSA Authenticator App you previously installed. You will need the RSA Authenticator Token to approve ACH/Wires.

The Secure Token Passcode will require 16 digits to be entered when transmitting an ACH/Wire.

On the 'Secure Token Passcode' screen, you will enter a combination of your unique 8-digit PIN immediately followed by the 8-digit RSA Authenticator Token that changes every 30 seconds.

Example: Your unique PIN is 123456. The RSA Authenticator Token reads 787878.

You will enter 123456787878 into the passcode field.

Helpful Tip: Best practice suggests wait until the timer resets the 30 second countdown and a new code is generated.

Click 'Continue' and you will receive confirmation of your completed ACH/Wire. Approvals can be done on desktop and mobile.
