You will use the soft token to approve ACH/Wires. On the 'Secure Token - Passcode' screen, you will enter a combination of the 8-digit PIN you created when setting up the soft token immediately followed by the 8-digit digital token code that changes every 30 seconds. A total of 16 characters will be entered when transmitting an ACH/Wire.
